This is the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Patras, on the west coast of the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece. The church itself isn't that old, built in the early 20th century, but it contains relics of St. Andrew who was among the first apostles (brother of Peter)who was crucified in Patras around 60 AD. The relics are housed in the silver receptacle seen below.
