According to a story in the
Buffalo News just before the opening of this year's Erie County Fair, the biggest attraction is the food. So here, in the first of a series of posts from the Fair, are some examples of the culinary delights that are such a draw (and by no means is this even close to being a comprehensive summary of the fare available!).
