Posting has been light (okay, nonexistent) here the last week or so because I was traveling to Southern California for Spring Break. For me, that means going somewhere to take pictures, and I had a new camera to test out this year so I was doubly excited to hit the road. Anyway, here is the first batch of photos made on the recent trip, from Descanso Gardens in La Canada Flintridge in the foothills northeast of Los Angeles. Apparently it has not been a banner spring for flowers this year, but it was still a pleasant place to wander around and I got at least a few good images. I'll have more to share in the coming days.
