We aired the series finale of Dr. John’s Record Shelf this past Sunday, double the normal length and with plenty of archival clips to go along with the music. It has been a consistent joy to produce and host this program for the past twenty years, and it wasn’t my choice to end it now. With any luck I’ll have a chance to start it up again at some point in the future.
