Horse Prairie is located in SW Montana, and is the setting for the action in Thomas Savage's novel
Power of the Dog, as well as the recent film adaptation by Jane Campion (though the film was actually filmed in New Zealand). I drove down there yesterday, and these are a few of the photos I took.
