I spent a little time earlier this summer at the Salmon Ruins outside Farmington, New Mexico. This was a site that was inhabited hundreds of years ago by first Chacoan and later Pueblo Indians. The area was discovered by a rancher named Salmon, and the remnants of his homestead add another dimension to the sense of passing time at that place. Here are a few of the pictures I took on my visit.
