The featured exhibit at the International Museum of Photography and Film at the George Eastman House in Rochester is entitled "In the Garden," featuring several hundred examples of how flowers, plants, and gardens have been depicted in photos going back to the dawn of the medium. Naturally, after spending an hour or so looking at these images, I was inspired to try my hand at the subject, and luckily the grounds of the Eastman House provided an opportunity to do so. These are some of the results.
