Last spring I went to see
the Garry Winogrand retrospective at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Winogrand was one of the great street photographers, and I can only hope to someday make a picture half as good as his best work. I certainly keep trying, and here are a few examples of my efforts (first two from Seattle, next two from San Francisco, and the last two from Madrid).
