Sparta was one of my favorite places to visit in Greece last Fall. I have plenty of photos of more traditional sites and street photos more in keeping with what I usually post here. But I was also struck by the interesting features of the city as displayed in old and abandoned buildings, and the eye-catching graffiti that was almost everywhere. So here are some examples of those aspects of the city, with more traditional fare to follow over the next few days.
